Inserts for this diaper are sold separately; while most inserts will work well within a Baby Kanga diaper, we recommend using either a Cotton Babies one-size microfiber insert, or for moderate- to heavy-wetters we recommend using a hemp or bamboo insert such as an AMP 2-layer insert or a JamTots one-size stuffer.
