| Diaper Liners are laid on top of any cloth diaper, next to baby's skin, and are used for a variety of purposes. They can be either flushable/disposable, or reusable.
Flushable/disposable liners (such as BioSoft and GroVia liners) are used for convenience with poop removal (just lift the liner and flush!). They are also helpful for lining the diaper to protect against diaper cream build-up (if and when diaper cream must be used).
Reusable liners (natural raw silk, or polyester microfleece) are laid inside cloth diapers to help wick moisture away from baby and down into the diaper. They are most often used with fitted diapers, prefolds, and other non-wicking diapers such as bumGenius Elemental diapers. Both types of liner can also be used to protect your cloth diapers from diaper cream build-ups (if and when diaper creams are used). |
