Shipping:
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $99! (Canadian addresses only).

Cozy Bums ships orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service. Orders are fully insured and Cozy Bums will always provide you with the tracking information for your shipment so you'll know just when to expect it to hit your doorstep!

Please have your order placed by 5pm PST the day before to ensure it is shipped out on the next scheduled shipping day.

We will follow-up with an email to you immediately after shipping, to provide you with a tracking number for your shipment so you will know when to expect its arrival!

BabyLegs always ship for free, because they are so small and light! We send them via Canada Post Lettermail, so you will not receive any tracking information, nor will your Lettermail envelope be insured. If you wish to have your order of BabyLegs sent as a parcel instead, let us know ahead of placing your order and we will assess the appropriate shipping charges. Please note that in the extremely rare occurrence that your Lettermail shipment gets lost, Cozy Bums will not be held responsible.

For local Prince George, BC residents, we are more than happy to provide free delivery on your order (regardless of order total). We'll contact you by phone or email to make arrangements for delivery.
 

Return Policy

Cozy Bums will happily accept returns within 30 days on any unwashed, unused items, in as-new condition. A refund will be issued less the actual shipping charges. Due to the nature of the articles, we regret that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on used or washed diapers or diapering accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original new condition.

We recommend you wash and wear only one diaper from your order at first to ensure it will work for you. In the case that you are unsatisfied, the remainder of your order (unwashed, unworn) can be shipped back for a refund.

If a return is required, please contact Cozy Bums prior to sending any items back. We will provide you a return authorization number.

Please include the following information with your return shipment:

- Return authorization number
- Copy of your order confirmation (email which was sent to you at the time of ordering) or your original sales receipt
- Your name and contact information

Any shipping charges incurred for the return are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping service that will provide package tracking and delivery confirmation. Cozy Bums cannot be held responsible for items lost on their way back to us.
