Grovia's most absorbent soaker... but not my absolute favorite.
Grovia claims the no-prep as their most absorbent soaker, and I believe it! This is a wonderful hybrid insert for so many reasons: First, it edges out the cotton soaker in absorbency, the synthetic fibers hold up better after repeated washing, it's moderately priced, and it's pretty darn trim (although a bit fluffier than its natural fiber counterparts!). To boot, it doesn't seem subject to compression leaks in the same way most synthetic diapers/ inserts are.
If I have a single real complaint, it's that they don't seem to launder nearly as easily as the cotton inserts or prefolds--although is is a complaint I have with a lot of synthetic diapers/inserts. They do launder quite well in general and stains sun out easily, but whenever diapers sit a day or two too long or my wash routine is tweaked for the worse, these soakers are among the first to let me know I need to get my game back on track. (Again... this is a problem characteristic of most synthetic fibers, not only Grovia's-- it's also the reason I reach for my natural fiber diapers most frequently!)
