Each ball weights an average of 2 oz and all three balls are to be used together in each laundry load. How to use your dryer balls?
Simply put them in your dryer along with your wet clean clothes and turn on machine.
Balls will pill, this is an indication they are working well. Feel free to remove the pills and continue.
To naturally scent your clothes, add your choice of pure essential oils to each ball.
When your balls are not in use, keep them in a well ventilated dry location and avoid storing them in plastic.
Do they work in all types of dyers?
Yes, however depending on the size of the load and the make, model and year of machine will all determine how your efficiency levels. Example: a newer machine will have better efficiency performance as the dryer was designed with more earth friendly components and are powered with smarter motors. But if you have an older model don’t despair, using our wool dryer balls will decrease your dryer time about 30% then if you don’t use anything. This is a significant decrease without having the large investment of a newer machine or having to top up your loads at the laundry mat.

What are the dryer balls made of? How does Ulat source the ingredients?
Ulat's pure wool dryer balls are made with 100% Canadian Merino Wool and each ball is completely handmade by owners. Initially, they were using New Zealand Wool. It was nice product however they were really keen on their product being 100% Canadian.They checked a few websites, made a few calls and within days had samples on their doorstep. What a wonderful material Albertan Merino Wool is for the wonderful Ulat product. Canadian sheep deal with extreme temperatures thus producing an abundance of buoyant soft wool-ideal conditions for ULAT Pure Wool Dryer Balls. They are still extremely pleased and haven’t turned back since.
